As we celebrate Women's Month, we embark on a journey to explore and honour the dynamic and diverse roles that women are playing in shaping the landscape of real estate.

Alet Ollemans, licensee for Seeff Plettenberg Bay and Gisela SpingiesPam Golding Properties real estate agent, V&A Waterfront & Mouille Point – Atlantic Seaboard), share their journey into the real estate sector, what inspired them to pursue a career in the field, and what it takes to achieve success.

Alet is the licensee for Seeff Plettenberg Bay, a highly successful real estate agency which has consistently been recognised for its performance. Under her leadership, the Seeff Plettenberg Bay branch has received numerous accolades, including being named the Top Performing Licensee within the Seeff Property Group, and winning awards for Highest Market Share and Overall Top Licensee.

How did you get started in the property industry, and what inspired you to pursue a career in this field?

Alet has been with Seeff for 24 years (with a break in between), and in the last few years took over the Plettenberg Bay license which she has grown into a powerhouse within Plettenberg Bay. Today, Seeff Plettenberg Bay is a highly successful real estate agency that has consistently been recognised for its performance.
